Currently, we have two methods for collecting the log file.
Method 1:
Step 1: Open Filmora, click Help Fetch Log on the top menu.
Step 2: The log folder will be compressed automatically, send us this compressed file named filmoraLog.zip.
Method 2:
Step 1: On the Mac desktop, click Go Go to Folder.
Step 2: Input log path ~/Library/Application Support/Wondershare Filmora 10 and then click Go.
Step 3: right click the Log folder and select Compress Log.
Step 4: It will generate the Log.zip file.
Once it finishs, Find the compressed log file and send it to the customer service team.
Once it finished, you can find the compressed log file and send it to the customer service team.
