How to collect log files of Filmora for Windows?

Method 1: Direct Export via Filmora

Access the Log Tool

  1. Open Filmora

  2. Go to Help > Fetch Log

The system will automatically open the log folder.
Please compress the entire folder and send it to us as an attachment.


Method 2: Submit Feedback In-App (Recommended)

Send Feedback from Filmora

  1. Go to Help > Feedback

  2. Fill out the form and describe the issue in detail

Automatic Log Attachment

  • Log files are included automatically when using this method


Additional Notes

  • Log files contain:

    • System specifications

    • Recent operation history

  • Privacy: Log files do not include any media from your projects
