If your Filmora becomes unresponsive (“hangs”, “spins”, or “beachballs”), a sample of the app process will help us figure out why, please collect the dump file as follows:
Step 1: Open the Activity Monitor application (from the Utilities folder inside your Applications folder).
Step 2: Select Wondershare Filmora 12 from the list.
Step 3: Click the Action pop-up menu in the toolbar, then select Sample Process.
Step 4: A new window will open to display the sample. refer to the screenshot.
Step 5: When Activity Monitor finished sampling, click Save.
Step 6: Please save the result as a text file and attach this file to a message to our support team describing what you did directly before the app locked up, and we’ll do the rest!
