Reason and Explanation:
Video flicker usually occurs due to a mismatch between the light source frequency and the camera frame rate, or because of exposure fluctuations.
Solution and Steps:
In new versions:
You could kindly try the Flicker Removal tool. Please find it under the Video - Basic panel.
In old versions:
You can improve this issue by applying the Video Deflicker effect.
- Open the Effects panel;
- Search for and select the Video Deflicker effect;
- Drag the effect onto the clip in the video track that needs adjustment;
- Preview and fine‑tune the parameters as needed to make the footage more stable and natural.
