Step 1:
Close Filmora and Open Finder, then select Applications.
Step 2:
Select the Wondershare Filmora 12 program icon, and right click Show Package Contents as this screenshot.
Step 3:
Open the Contents/MacOS/ folder as below screenshot.
Step 4:
Copy the plugins with the suffix .dylib provided by customer services, paste it to this MacOS folder. If It prompt a pop-up as below screenshot, click Replace to finish it.
Step 5:
Sometimes, we need to replace the library files in a deeper directory. Normally, customer service personnel will provide you with the specific directory for the replacement library solution, and you can follow the instructions to locate the corresponding directory and replace the files.
Step 6:
After everything done, restart Filmora to validate.
