Step 1:  
Close Filmora and Right click Wondershare Filmora and select Open file location.
Step 2:  
Find and open the folder with latest version number, it differs from the Filmora version installed on user's computer, for example 12.3.6.2529.
Step 3:  
Most of the time we can copy and replace the repair library files under this folder. If It prompt a pop-up as below screenshot, click Replace the file in the destination to finish it.
Step 4:  
Sometimes, we need to replace the library files in a deeper directory. Normally, customer service personnel will provide you with the specific directory for the replacement library solution, and you can follow the instructions to locate the corresponding directory and replace the files.
Step 5:  
After everything done, restart Filmora to validate.
