How to seek assistance when encountering technical issues?

  1. Record the issue: First, record a short video or take a screenshot to capture the problem you encounter.

  2. Submit feedback:

    • Click Help
    • Click Feedback
  3. Select the corresponding issue type, upload your recorded video or screenshots.

  4. Describe the problem: Please provide a detailed description (e.g., operation steps, abnormal prompts, etc.) to help us quickly locate the cause.

  5. Verify your email address: Make sure the email address you provide is correct; otherwise, we will not be able to contact you!

After submission, we will resolve the issue for you as soon as possible.
