How to troubleshoot of preview black screen issue for Filmora for Windows?

Step 1：
Go to File Preference Performance, disable Playback using latest rendering engine option under the Render tab.
Step 2：
Click OK and then restart Filmora to check.
Step 3：
If the issue persists, open dxdiag Switch to Display tab, then check if both DirectDraw and Direct3D are in the status of Enabled (refer to the screenshots). If they are not, advise to upgrade the driver of graphic card.
Step 4：
As for the steps of upgrading driver, you can find the common user guide with google chroma, and then follow the guide to operate step by step.
