I Haven’t received my registration information after purchase

If you haven’t received your registration information after purchasing a product, follow these steps:

Step 1: Check Your Order Status

  • Ensure your order has been completed successfully.

  • If the order is confirmed:

    • Credit Card Payments: The registration information will be sent to your email address within 30 minutes.

    • Bank Transfers: The registration information will be sent after payment confirmation.

Step 2: Check Your Email Folders

  • The license email from us may have been sorted into your spam or trash folder. Please check these folders.

Step 3: For App Store Purchases

  • If you purchased the product from the App Store, registration information is not required. You can use the product directly after purchase.

Step 4: Contact Support (If Needed)

If you entered an incorrect email address during the order process, please contact our support center with the following details:
