- Confirm you're using the correct account**: Please ensure you're logged into Filmora using the authorized email address used during purchase.
- Check your AI Credits balance**: Click your profile picture in the top-right corner of the Filmora editing interface to view your AI Credits balance.
- Confirm whether you've purchased a renewal order**: If you directly renewed your previous AI Credits subscription plan, your AI Credits will remain credited on the same schedule as before; the new order will simply extend your subscription.
For example, if you purchased a monthly credits plan on the 1st of the current month and renewed on the 10th, you will receive the credits for both orders on the 1st of the current month and the 1st of the following month. You will not be automatically charged on the 1st of the following month (your original renewal date). - If the issue persists after completing the above steps, please report the issue using the "Feedback" option within the software for further assistance.
