If I want to roll back to an earlier version of Filmora after paying for an upgrade, how long does a refund take?

If you would like to return to your previous version of Filmora after you have paid for an upgrade to Filmora 13,  you can only request for a refund under the conditions as outlined on this webpage. If you meet the refund criteria, the refund process is typically completed within 7-15 business days.
