If you have not received your registration information, please first confirm whether your order has been completed.

If your order has been successfully completed, in the case of payment by credit card, our system server will normally send the registration information to the email address you provided at the time of purchase within 30 minutes.

Also, please note that the license email from our company may have been sorted into your email client’s trash folder, so please check your trash or spam/junk email folder.

Products purchased from the App Store do not require registration information to be issued.

After purchasing a product from the App Store, you can use it directly without registration.

If you entered an incorrect email address at the time of purchase, please contact our support center with the following information included in your email. We will handle the issue.
