If you have encountered the following error message, you may refer to the guidelines provided here to resolve the issue.
Step 1: Press the Windows 11 keyboard shortcut “Windows + E” to open the File Explorer. Here, double-click to open the “C” drive.
Step 2: Get to System Path and make sure to select All Files to find the hosts file.
(C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc )
Step 3: Open the hosts file to search and check whether there is the word "Wondershare" in it.
Step 4: If it contains the word Wondershare, make a copy of the “hosts” file to a different location, like the Desktop.
Step 5: After opening it, delete the domain name related to Wondershare and save the file.
Step 6: Copy and paste the hosts file that was saved on the desktop to folder System Path to replace the original one.
(C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc)
Step 7: If the original hosts file does not contain words such as "Wondershare" or if the above solution does not work, please send the log files and hosts file to our support team along with a description of what you have tried before, and we will gladly assist you further!
