The playback time of the output video is longer than when it was edited.

If the playback time of your exported video is longer than the preview, it may be due to unnecessary elements placed late in the timeline. This can result in blank black space at the end of the video. Follow these steps to fix the issue:

Steps to Resolve:

  1. Reopen the Project File:

    • Open the project file for the video in Filmora.

  2. Zoom In on the Timeline:

    • Click the "Zoom In" button in the upper-right corner of the timeline to maximize the timeline display.

  3. Check for Unnecessary Elements:

    • Inspect the timeline for any elements (e.g., clips, images, or effects) that extend beyond the intended end of the video.

  4. Delete Unnecessary Elements:

    • If you find any unnecessary elements (e.g., a clip or blank space at the end), delete them.

  5. Re-export the Video:

    • After cleaning up the timeline, export the video again.
