If you have received the following errors when using Filmora, you may refer to the guidelines provided here to resolve the issue.
Step 1: Click Go -> Go to Folder... On the macOS desktop.Step 2: Input /etc and then click Go.
Step 3: Locate the hosts file under the opened directory.
Step 4: Copy and paste this hosts file to the desktop and open it with "TextEdit"
Step 5: After opening it, delete the domain name related to Wondershare and save the file.
Step 6: Copy and paste the hosts file that was saved on the desktop to the original /etc directory to replace the original one.
Step 7: If the above solution does not work, please send the log files and hosts file to our support team along with a description of what you have tried before, and we will gladly assist you further!
