Step 1:
Make sure you are using the latest version of Filmora. If not, update it firstly:official website.
Step 2:
To ensure that the export video parameters are consistent with the source video, such as resolution, frame rate, and bitrate, you can select the media file and right-click to view the source video parameter properties.
If there are multiple sources of different quality in the project, it is recommended to use the best quality source video parameters as the export video parameters.
Step 3:
If the above steps do not work, it is recommended to try disabling GPU acceleration, restarting Filmora, and then trying again. The setting path is as follows: Preferences Performance GPU acceleration. Also, in the export page, try disabling "Enable hardware acceleration for video encoding" and see if that helps.
