What should I do if Filmora prompts that access was denied when downloading resources?

Potential Causes & Solutions:

  1. Permission Conflicts

    • If the default download folder is redirected to another disk:
→ Navigate to: Preferences > Folders
→ Change the default location to your system disk (typically C:)

    • Ensure Filmora has write permissions for the selected folder

  2. Cloud Folder Complications

    • When using cloud-synced folders (OneDrive, Google Drive, etc.):
→ Grant explicit write permissions, or
→ Redirect to a local system disk via Preferences > Folders

Additional Steps:
• Verify the new folder path has proper read/write permissions
• Restart Filmora after making changes
