What should I do if Filmora prompts that access was denied when downloading resources?

You may follow the steps below to solve the issue:

  1. It might be that the default folder is redirected to another disk, which does not give Filmora write permission. The default folder needs to be changed to the system disk in Preferences -> Folder.
  2. It could be that the default folder is set as a cloud folder, which requires open write permissions, or the default folder is changed to the system disk in Preferences -> Folders.

If the issue still persists, kindly contact Wondershare Support for more help.
