What should I do if Filmora prompts that network was restricted when downloading resources?

You may follow the steps below to do troubleshooting:

1. It might be that our domain name is blocked by your local operator network. In this case, you need to contact the operator to add our domain name to the whitelist.

2. It might be that our domain name is blocked by your company or the campus intranet. It is suggested to contact the network administrator to add our domain name to the whitelist.

3. It could also be that our software is mistakenly identified as a dangerous object by antivirus software, and it is recommended to add the software to the whitelist. If you encounter difficulties, please contact Wondershare Support.
