If you are unable to obtain the registration code, please check the following:
- Whether you have entered the correct order information
- Whether you purchased through the official website. Software purchased via third-party platforms requires you to obtain the registration code from the reseller
- Whether the version supports registration codes. If you purchased a newer software version or one that does not require a registration code for activation, the registration code will not be displayed. For example, if you purchased Filmora 15, you can activate the software directly by logging in with your account credentials.
