Why did my remaining AI Credits from last month disappear after I received new AI Credits?

We would like to clarify the policy regarding the expiration of the AI credits included in our plans. Please be aware that any unused AI credits remaining will expire on the next refreshing date and will not be carried over to the next month. A new allocation of AI credits will be issued for the following month, starting a new cycle. It is important to utilize your AI credits within the designated time frame, as they will not accumulate or roll over into the next month's allotment.
