Why does my subscription appear empty despite making a payment?

  1. **Confirm Payment Completion**: Ensure that your payment was successfully processed. If the payment failed, the subscription would not be activated.
  2. **Check Your Subscription Status**: Log in to the Wondershare Account Center and navigate to the "Manage Subscription" section to verify your subscription status.
  3. **Verify the Correct Account**: Make sure you are logged in with the email address associated with your purchase. If you used a different email during the payment process, the subscription might be linked to that account.
  4. **Check your plan type**: If your plan does not include an auto-renewal service, such as a perpetual plan, it will not appear under the Subscription option. You may check the Manage Products panel in the account center
