Why is my device list showing as empty?

To manage your active devices:

  1. Log in to your Account Center.
  2. View your products, and check the activated device for the certain license: https://accounts.wondershare.com/web/products

If your activated devices list appears empty, first verify that you are logged into Filmora with the correct account. You may also log back into the software and check again.

If the issue persists, please take a screenshot of your device list page and submit your problem through the Help-Feedback option within the Filmora software.
