Why is there an unpaid order in the "My Orders" section of the Account Center?

You can check whether you added the product to your cart and attempted to complete the payment. If the payment was not finalized, a pending order will be automatically generated.

Sometimes, if you attempt to activate a free trial, a pending payment order may also appear.

Typically, this order will expire automatically after a certain period of time.
