When you are using Mutsapper and MobileTrans(APP), if it shows the error" Failed to parse the key, please try again", here are two method for your reference:
Method 1:
Turn on End-to-End encrypted backup on WhatsApp and save the screenshot of the 64-digit Key to the mobile phone, then try our app to transfer your WhatsApp data again.
Method 2:
Please change the network or WiFi and try again every half an hour to see if the transfer goes further.
