To connect your mobile phone to MobileTrans on desktop, just follow the steps below:
- For iOS devices
1. Connect your iPhone/iPad to the computer using a lightning cable.
2. Tap the Trust on your iPhone/iPad to trust the computer.
3. Launch MobileTrans and select the function you need. Usually, MobileTrans will recognize your device instantly.
- For Android devices
1. Make sure the USB debugging is enabled on your Android device. You can find step-by-step instructions to enable USB debugging here.
2. If you are using LG devices, select Send images (PTP) mode to connect the phone.
3. Then use a USB cable to connect the Android device to the computer.
4. Your phone may prompt you to allow permissions with this computer. If this is the case, tap 'OK / Allow'.
5. Then MobileTrans will be able to recognize your Android phone.
