How to fix Android not showing Allow USB debugging pop-up for Windows version?

If your computer is Windows, please check the following:

Step 1: Restart the computer.

Step 2: Press Windows and R key to open the Run window.

Step 3: Enter %USERPROFILE% and press OK.

Step 4: Open .android folder and delete all files in it.

Step 5: Relaunch the software, and connect your phone again.
