How to fix the issue of TunesGo or Phone Manager not showing photos and videos on Android phone?

Step 1: Disconnect phone. On the Android phone, go to Settings —— Applications —— Find the Connector app.

Step 2: Uninstall the Connector app and restart phone.

Step 3: Connect your Android phone to TunesGo or Phone Manager and try it again.
