How to fix iPhone cannot connect issue for Windows version?

If your computer is Windows, please check the following:

Step 1: Disconnect iOS device from the computer.
Step 2: Open the folder C:\ProgramData\Apple\Lockdown, and delete all the files under it.
Step 3: Restart the computer and iOS device.
Step 4: Open the program and reconnect the iOS device.
