How to get MobileTrans application's log file?

Method 1:
Step 1: Open MobileTrans App and click the avatar icon in the upper right corner.
Step 2: Click Feedback and make sure you check the option Attach activity log. And then enter the required information and click Submit.

Method 2:
You can go to the device's internal storage, find the log folder and send us all log files under it. Please check the following:

MobileTransApp(Android) Whatsapp: sdcard/MobileTrans/wondershare/wutstoios/whutsapper_log
MobileTransApp(Android) PhoneTransfer: sdcard/MobileTrans/mobiletrans_log/
MobileTransApp(iOS): Files/ MobileTrans/Mobiletrans_userAction
