If your computer is Mac, please check the following:
Step 1: In the Finder on your Mac, choose GO -> Go to Folder.
Step 2: Input the Log Path:~/.config/Wondershare/MobileTransPro/Log
Step 3: Please create a folder and copy all the logs into it. Compress the folder and send it to us.
Step 4: If the log file is too large. It is recommended to upload it to Google Drive,share the file and provide the download link for Google Drive.
