If your computer is Windows, please check the following:
Step 1: Open MobileTrans.
Step 2: Click Menu in the upper right corner, and then click on Menu -> Log File. Or you can directly open the log file folder path in the file explorer: %AppData%\Wondershare\MobileTransPro\log
Step 3: Please create a folder and copy all the logs into it. Compress the folder and send it to us.
Step 4: If the log file is too large. It is recommended to upload it to Google Drive,share the file and provide the download link for Google Drive.
