If you need to get Wutsapper log file, here are three methods for your reference:

Method 1:
Open Wutsapper app and sumbit Feedback from the app, the log files will be sent together by default normally.

Method 2:
Sometimes the log file may not be that complete if it is sent along with Feedback. In this case, please send us the complete log files in this way: 

Go to the directory of Mutsapper log files on android devices and send all of them to us:
Transfer log:   /sdcard/Android/media/com.wondershare.wutsapper.android/wondershare/whutsapper_log
 Normal log:   /sdcard/wondershare/whutsapper_log

Method 3:
If users used the desktop assistance tool to help transfer but still failed, then it is also necessary to collect desktop tool log files. Here is the log path:
