What should I do if I get the message in red: "Sorry, Data parsing of crypt15 is not supported"?

Google Drive to WhatsApp does not support restoring crypt15 encrypted backup files. But you can replace Google drive's WhatsApp encrypted backup with an unencrypted backup and try our program again.

1. If there is complete WhatsApp data on your Android phone, please

Turn off the End-to-end encrypted backup of WhatsApp on the Android device. You can refer to this video guide: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1aqn8FO6cGjif-P_dMYlBqcPUrNftBtA4/view?usp=share_link
Back up the data to Google Drive again on your Android phone.

2. Click Google Drive to WhatsApp in our software, sign in with your Google Account, and download the backup again.
