What should I do if I meet error messages when installing MobileTrans on Windows?

If you meet any error messages when installing MobileTrans on a Windows computer, please follow the troubleshooting steps below.

1. Turn off the antivirus or firewall programs temporarily.

2. Run MobileTrans installer as Administrator.
