Please double-check if there is an MDM setting on the iPhone or if the phone is a company’s phone.
MobileTrans-WhatsApp Transfer can't transfer data to an iPhone with an MDM setting. You'd better contact IT to cancel the MDM setting first if it's a company phone. It can be set back after MobileTrans completes transferring on iPhone.
