Currently, we have two methods for collecting it.

Method 1:  Collect crash file from the DrLog folder.
Step 1: Click on Wondershare Recoverit in the top left corner, and click on Log Files.
Step 2: Open the DrLog folder and check if there are any files with .crash or .ips extension inside.
If there are no files with .crash or .ips extensions in the DrLog folder, please refer to Method 2 and try again.

Method 2: Collect the crash file from the file path.
Step 1: Click on Go in the top left corner, and click on Go to Folder.
Step 2: Input Recoverit crash file path ~/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports and then click Go.
Step 3: Search for .crash or .ips in the search bar in the upper right corner.

After completing the search in Path 1~ /Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports, you also need to use the same steps to search in Path 2
 /Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports.

Both methods will show you how to collect the crash file. You can put the crash file and log files into one folder after copying them, compress this folder, and then send it to the customer service team.
