How to collect the downloader log files on a Windows computer?

Step 1: Open File Explorer.

Step 2: Enter the downloader log path %temp%\wondershare\wae.

Step 3: Copy all files located within the Log folder.

You can put all files into one folder after copying them, compress this folder, and then send it to the custmer service team.
