How to Modify Read and Write Permissions of A Disk on Mac computer?

Step 1: Click on Go in the top left corner, and click on Computer.

Step 2: Choose the disk and right-click it to Get Info.

Step 3: Modify the read and write permissons of the disk in the Sharing & Permissions section.
