Step 1: Click on "Launchpad" to find "Other".
Step 2: Open "Terminal".
Step 3: Enter the following command line in two lines:
sudo kextcache-invalidate
sudo kextcache-clear-staing clears/Library/StageExtensions
If it asks you to enter the password in the middle, just enter the Mac computer password.
