If the program always crashes at a certain point during the scanning, you can click the Recover button to recover part of the data before time reaches that point.
If the crash affected the recovery process, please kindly submit the log files to the Support team. Our engineers will help you solve this problem.
For Windows:
Find the log files by clicking the Menu button on Wondershare Recoverit - Log Files. Please compress the logs in the folder before sending them to us for there may be several logs.
For Mac:
1. Click Wondershare Recoverit in the Menu bar at the top and choose Log files.
2. Follow the methods below to collect crash files and send to us.
