If you are unable to find your lost files using Recoverit, please follow these steps to improve your chances of recovery:

Ensure You're Using the Latest Version

• Update Recoverit to the latest version for optimal performance and compatibility.

Complete the Full Scan

• Allow the scan to finish before searching for files.
• A full scan significantly increases the chances of recovering your files compared to a partial scan.

Use the Filter Feature

• Search by file format, type, size, or other attributes to locate files more efficiently.

Check Files Under File Location

• If you remember the original storage location of your files, check that specific folder for possible recovery.

Check Files Based on File Type

• Browse files categorized by type (e.g., documents, videos, images) under the File Type section.

Look in the "File Lost Names" or "File Lost Location" Folders

• Files that have lost their original name or storage path may be placed in these folders.
• Even if the filenames are missing, the file content might still be intact.
• Open and preview these files to determine if they contain the data you need.
