Step 1: Make sure you use the latest version of Recoverit.
Step 2: Make sure you wait for the scan to complete before searching.
Step 3: Use the filter feature to search for the files you need.
Step 4: Check the same type of files under the unsourced files or file lost location.
If these methods are not working, then there is no further better solution. The files' data might have been overwritten.
