If you are reinstalling on the same operating system (for example, Windows → Windows or Mac → Mac):
You can simply download the software onto your new computer and log in with your ID.
No need to uninstall from the previous device. Your license is tied to your email or WSID, not to the number of downloads. -
If you are switching to a different operating system (for example, Windows → Mac or Mac → Windows):
Please note that we do not support transferring Perpetual licenses across platforms.
You’ll need to purchase a new license to use the software on the new system.
