If Filmora on mobile shows much more storage usage than the actual draft size or says storage is full, please try the following:
1. The storage usage displayed in Filmora includes cached files, generated previews, and temporary data from editing and AI tasks, which is why it may appear larger than the draft itself.
2. Clear the app cache: Go to the 'Mine' page and tap 'Clear Cache'. This will remove temporary files without deleting your projects.
3. Check your device storage: Ensure your phone has enough free space. If storage is low, delete unnecessary files, photos, or apps to free up space.
4. Delete completed projects you no longer need from the 'Drafts' page to free up additional space.
5. Restart the app and check if the storage usage has decreased.
If the problem persists, please submit feedback in the app through Mine > Feedback. Please attach relevant screenshots and log files to help our technical team troubleshoot more efficiently.
