AI Credits are valid for 30 days each month, starting from the day of purchase.
To find out when your new AI Credits will be issued, you can refer to the date of your Filmora subscription purchase. For instance, if a user buys a Filmora Pro Plan on September 15th, their AI Credits will be issued on the 15th of the following month. It is normal for there to be 1-2 days delay in the monthly AI Credits issuance.
If you have not received your new AI Credits after three or more days, please check the following:
1. Have you requested and received a refund for your subscription?
2. Has your Filmora subscription expired?
3. Are you logged in with the correct authorized account?
If none of these issues are the cause, please provide us with your payment information, order number, and a screenshot of the AI Credits page through the Filmora Feedback form.
