How can I fix lag when editing 4K videos on Android?

Editing 4K 60fps videos can cause preview lag on mobile devices because these files require significant processing and memory resources. Try the following steps:

1. Check your device's hardware capabilities. 4K 60fps video requires significant processing power. If your device does not support hardware decoding for this format, lag is expected.
2. Close background apps to free up CPU resources. Restart your device if necessary.
3. Ensure your device has enough free internal storage space (at least 2-3 GB) for temporary files. Low storage can cause lag.
4. Try editing a shorter section of the video to isolate whether the lag is caused by a specific clip or effect.
5. Update Filmora to the latest version from the Google Play Store, as performance improvements are often included in updates.

If the problem persists, submit feedback in the app through Mine > Feedback. Attach a screenshot of your device model and Android version, and describe the specific lag behavior, so our technical team can investigate.
