AI Credits are provided in fixed amounts per billing cycle, depending on your subscription plan:
Pro plan:100 or 200 AI Credits per month
Premium plan:400 AI Credits per month
Please note the following important points:
- AI Credits are issued on your subscription renewal date (based on your original purchase date), not necessarily at the beginning of the calendar month. For example, if you subscribed on March 22, your credits will renew on the 22nd of each month.
- Unused AI Credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle.
- If your credits are missing, go to the 'Mine' page, tap on 'AI Credits' to view your usage history, and check if credits were consumed.
If you believe credits were deducted incorrectly, submit feedback in the app through Mine > Feedback and attach a screenshot of your store receipt and AI Credit usage history, so our team can investigate.
