You can check the expiration date for each credit batch in the app:
1. Go to the 'Mine' page.
2. Tap on 'AI Credits' to view your balance, usage history, and expiration dates.
AI Credits have different validity periods depending on how they were obtained:
- Credits pack purchased separately: valid for 1 year.
- Credits included with a subscription: valid for 1 month from the issue date.
- Credits from promotional activities: typically valid for 7 days (please refer to the specific activity terms for exact dates).
If your credits have not expired and you believe they were deducted incorrectly, please submit feedback in the app through Mine > Feedback and attach a screenshot of your AI Credit history showing the deduction, so our team can investigate.
