For Android
For Android Version V6.6.4 and above:
- Go to Settings, and click Open Log.
- Restart the app and make the issue recur.
- Click Feedback to send us logs and device info.
For iOS
- Click Settings and then click Feedback, or you can also click the video button next to the Person button.
- Input your problem description (more than 10 characters), and add screenshots or recordings for the issue as attachments. then click Next.
- Check if there is mail to address, iPhone info, and software logs, and click “↑” button to send.
