In Filmora mobile, credits can be purchased as a credit pack or may be included with your subscription.
To check or purchase AI Credits:
1. Open Filmora and sign in to your Wondershare account.
2. Go to the 'Mine' page and check your AI Credit balance.
3. Tap on 'AI Credits', then tap 'Get More AI Credits' to select a credit pack and complete the purchase through the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
4. After payment, return to 'Mine' and confirm the new credits appear. If not, restart the app and sign in again.
To use AI Credits (e.g., AI Captions):
1. Create or open a project and add your video.
2. Tap 'AI Captions' in the editing toolbar, select the language, and generate captions — credits will be deducted automatically.
You can also review your subscription benefits and remaining credits in 'Mine'.
If you have any questions, submit feedback in the app through Mine > Feedback.
