Once you enter the app, import your video file and prepare for the editing experience. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to do it:

1. Open the app and tap the New Project option from the menu. Alternatively, tap the blue + icon at the bottom of the screen.

   

2. Select the desired video.

   

Filmora provides several motion-tracking options. 

Motion Tracking Through Effects

You can check out how to use motion tracking when you apply effects in your video below:

1. Tap the Effect option from the Toolbar.

   

2. Select an effect from the library. Tap the Checkmark icon to apply the changes, as shown below.

   

3. Once you apply the effect, head to Objects from the Toolbar.

   

4. Tap on Main Track to enable the tracking feature. Tap the Checkmark icon to complete the process.

   

Once you tap this button, the app will automatically start tracing the objects in your video.

Text Motion Tracking

You can place text over specific elements in your videos to convey a message or highlight important moments. Here's how to use motion-tracking with textual elements:

1. Head to the Text tab from the Toolbar.

   

2. Tap on Add.

   

3. Type the desired text in the box and customize the font, style, animations, and more.

   

4. After tapping the Checkmark icon, head to the Tracking feature.

   

5. Place your text over the desired object and select Start Tracking.

   

After you complete these steps, the text will be attached to the selected object.

Stickers Motion Tracking

Another entertaining motion-tracking feature you can try is using stickers. They can truly make your content more entertaining, and here's what you can do to enhance the experience:

1. Tap the Sticker option from the Toolbar.

   

2. Select a sticker from the available options and tap the Checkmark icon. You can also search for stickers from the bar.

   

3. Next, head to Tracking from the Toolbar and place the sticker over the desired object.

   

4. Tap Start Tracking.

   

In a few seconds, you'll have a motion-tracking video with stickers.
